All three special courses are one hour in duration, four consecutive weeks. They are offered upon request. Registration is required to confirm location and time.

This course can help you get back to improved health. Building upon your solid foundation we will add new habits. A habit is a behavior that is automatically prompted by a cue. Revealing what you’re ‘missing’ to put you back in action.

This course is available to those who have completed Foundation. We will help you with the details of how to meal plan whether your goal is to lose or maintain your weight. Offering a detailed, individualized approach we’ll focus on topics including: macro & micronutrients with making it easier tips.
