We utilize a unique tool to provide safe, effective and rapid weight loss. Throughout the program, you’ll learn healthy cooking and eating. These are skills that help you maintain your weight loss for life. The meal replacement can be prepared as an easy shake or transformed into healthy soups, baked or pan fried dishes. Fruits and vegetables can easily be incorporated to change the flavor, texture and consistency of your meals.
Sheila Henson, RD, LD
Sheila is a registered dietitian and has worked in the field of weight for over 25 years. She completed the very first CDR certificate of training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She and her husband owned and operated a fitness center while obtaining her undergraduate degree from Goshen College (Goshen, IN). They moved their family to Arkansas to complete her dietetic internship. As an RD/program coordinator she worked alongside Dr. Phillip Kern to establish the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Weight Control Program (Little Rock, AR).
She brought her expertise back to Indiana and established a weight loss program in Plainfield, IN. Sheila worked in multiple locations around Indianapolis to help her patients with sustainable weight loss through behavior modification. She now offers continued support to her clients through weekly support groups and guides new clients through a foundational behavior modification program.
